The information we collect about you

- Training information
Personal details are collected so that we know who to contact about any issue relating to the management, administration and training aspects of AccessChamp.
Business information is collected so we know how many staff are employed and can charge the appropriate subscription rate.
Training information is collected so that we can provide feedback to you, your management team or human resources department for the purpose of monitoring the usage of AccessChamp by hotel, department and or trainee.
AccessChamp will never divulge any information to a third party unless it is required to do so by law.
Whilst you are browsing the AccessChamp website, a cookie (small computer file) is stored on your computer in order that we can identify your session and, in the case of subscribers, grant you access. Your web browser destroys this cookie after 20 minutes of inactivity, or when you close the web browser application. At no stage is any personal information stored in a cookie, or any information that would allow us to identify you as an individual. What we do with the information you provide
The information we collect in this website is for managing your subscription, answering your questions and developing enhancements to the website. Although personal information will not be released to external companies, we may share aggregate information with other suppliers for benchmarking and developmental reasons.
AccessChamp provides links to a number of external websites, such as product suppliers in the supplier section. AccessChamp is not in any way responsible for how such websites will use information about you or the content of such websites. All data is held securely and in line with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. While we strive to keep the information that you supply secure once we have received it, please be aware that other people may be able to read information you send to us via the Internet as it is not a fully secure medium and it is not a fully secure method of sending information. However we have put preventative measures in place by adding SSL encryption to all the forms on AccessChamp.
